Oversaw design integrity and creative direction of the work in the shop. Since it was a
small business, the vast majority of the designs were done directly by me. When more
staff was added, I guided junior members through the process. The focus of the work
was on websites, but other pieces such as logos, business identity and brochure also
came through the shop.
